Digital Products

All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and are non-refundable. Because digital files are accessible immediately after checkout, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads once the order is confirmed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your files, contact us at support@thecomplianceshelf.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Licensing & Permitted Use

All digital files purchased from The Compliance Shelf are licensed for single-facility use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share these files with any other individual, business, or facility. Each purchase grants a license to one facility only. Unauthorized distribution of our digital products is a violation of our Terms of Service and applicable copyright law.

Physical Products

Physical products are non-refundable once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be cancelled once placed as files are delivered immediately. Physical orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been fulfilled. Contact us at support@thecomplianceshelf.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
