Shipping Policy

We ship all physical orders within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Physical orders are processed within 3 business days for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Standard shipping is via USPS and typically arrives within 3 business days of shipment. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping via UPS is available at checkout for an additional cost.

Once your order leaves our hands, The Compliance Shelf is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues that occur during transit. For any shipping issues please contact your carrier directly with your tracking number.
